摘要
报告了一种用于分离牙科蜡型与石膏模型的分离剂,研究了成膜材料的种类对分离剂脱模效果的影响,探讨了聚醇类成 膜材料的浓度对分离剂脱模效果的影响。结果表明,由聚醚和聚醇类成膜材料制备的分离剂的脱模效果明显优于聚酯和 纤维素类分离剂,聚醇的含量明显影响聚醇类分离剂的脱模效果,聚醇的含量应在25%~30%之间。
In this article a new release agent, containing mainly film-forming materials, surface active agent and solvent, for
separating wax pattern from plaster molds, is reported, and the effects of its film forming materials on the mold release have been investigated. Results show that the release agent containing polyether or polyglycol presents a better effect than that containing polyester and cellulose, and the optimum concentration for polyglycol is 25%~30%.
