摘要
针对胜利原油性质复杂 ,含硫、酸等腐蚀介质较高的问题 ,采取了优化设计 ,通过选用耐腐蚀合金材料、加强工艺防腐 (即搞好“一脱四注”)及加强设备管理 ,使我厂常减压装置的运行周期大大提高 ,由最初的一年一修变成了现在的两年一修 。
Aimed at the problems of the crude oil having complicated properties and containing higher corrosive media, such as sulfur and acids, this paper optimized the design, e.g., selecting corrosion resistant alloy material, strengthening process anti-corrosion and improve equipment administration level, etc., to greatly prolong the operating period of the atmospheric vacuum distillation unit. The overhaul cycle of the unit was shortened from the original once a year to the present once 2 years, and the economic benefits were also improved.
