摘要
车身防腐是汽车制造业重点研究的课题之一。然而车身所采用的防腐措施如何,一是在用户使用后进行自然验证;二是采用科学手段对车身进行盐雾试验,用试验数据来证明车身的防腐效果。着重从车身防腐及车身盐雾试验来进一步阐明车身防腐的状态标准和盐雾试验检测的重要性、必要性,使车身防腐有一个新的突破。
Anticorrosion treatment of car body is one of important research subjects in automobile manufacturing. To verify the effectiveness of anticorrosion treatment of body, one method is used through the customer vehicle usage, the other is used through the salt spray test data. In this paper the importance and necessity of car body anticorrosion standard and salt spray test inspection are illustrated.
