摘要
目的 总结单鼻孔蝶窦显微手术治疗垂体腺瘤的方法及经验。方法 垂体腺瘤 2 2例 ,采用经鼻蝶窦手术入路 ,显微镜下切除垂体腺瘤并随访患者的预后。结果 垂体腺瘤大部分切除 2 0例 ,部分切除 2例。本组无颅内感染、死亡病例。视力下降患者术后视力均有明显改善。结论 经蝶窦入路显微外科切除垂体腺瘤是治疗垂体腺瘤的有效、可靠的一种方法 ,具有切除彻底、创伤小、危险小和并发症少等优点。
Objective To summa rize th e experience on microsurgery for pituitary adenoma through single nostril approa ch.?Mehtods Review was made on the records of 22 select ed patients operated on.?Results The adenoma was resect ed totally in 20 cases and partially in the other 2. The operation was smooth, w ith no intracranial infection or fatality. The impaired sight got improved in al l of the patients.?Conclusion The transsphenoidal appro ach for pituitary adenoma is reliable and effective, enabling complete resection and causing less trauma and complication.
