摘要
实验采用普通而又价廉的GDX-401极性填料作为固定相,FID作为检测器,采用程序升温,在适当高温及较大载气流量的条件下,可以用国产普通气相色谱仪在5分钟内较准确地完成一个厌氧消化液样品挥发性脂肪酸的测定。挥发酸极性、测定液pH值对测定有影响。
When GDX-401 was used as the polar filler, FID as the detector, stepwise increase of temperature adopted during the measurement, the VFA measurement can be accomplished in 5 minutes with a normal gas chromatography under suitable high temperature and bulky gas carrier. Both the polarity and the pH of different VFAs will affect the veracity of measurement.
