摘要
目的 介绍高血压脑内血肿并破人脑室系统微侵袭手术新方法的应用。方法 首先CT扫描定出X、Y、Z坐标,确定血肿靶点在颅腔内位置。钻颅置入F14导管捕吸排空血肿和引流,并与开颅方法进行比较。结果 93例血肿消失时间分别为4 d 15例,5 d 53例,7d 20例,10 d 5例,其中6例死亡(占6.5%)。结论 应用本研究证实CT导引行单管排空血肿及脑室内积血是完全可行的。
Objective To introduce a new method of minimally invasive operation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage disrupting into intraventricular system. Methods The hemorrhage in 93 cases was localized by establishment of X, Y and Z coordinates via CT. A hole was drilled and an F14 catheter was inserted for the purpose of evacuation and drainage of hemorrhage. The treating efficacy was compared with that of craniotomy. Results Among the 93 cases, the hemorrhage in 15 cases disappeared in 4 days, 53 cases in 5 days, 20 cases in 7 days and 5 in 10 days, and 6 cases died (taking up 6.5 %). Conclusion Application of minimally invasive CT-guided surgery in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage disrupting into intraventricular system is feasible.
