摘要
在20世纪,人们开始用农作物秸秆制造人造板,并已取得了一定的进展,到80年代末90年代初,以麦秸为原料、PMDI为胶粘剂的人造板生产性开发在世界范围内进行,尤其在北美洲建设了相当数量的生产线。主要设备制造与系统成套商分别为:Compak、Daproma、Kvaner(即现在的Metso)公司。我国部分企业在90年代后期也进行了工业化生产试验并建设了或正策划建设这样的生产线。到2003年英国Compak公司在上海开始建设在中国的第一条生产线。
In the 20th, agri-wastes began to be used as raw material to produce straw based panel and it has made progress in a certain extent. From the end of 80's to the earlier beginning of 90's,a lot of panel production lines taking wheat straw as raw material and PMDI as adhesive were built worldwide, especially in those areas of North America. The main equipment supplier and system integrators are Compak.Daproma and Kvaner(merged into Metso now)etc. Some Chinese corporations have taken industrial production test in this area since the late of 90's and some projects are under planning. Compak Co. UK established China's first production line in Shanghai in 2003.
