摘要
文章综述了炼油装置的腐蚀诊断、可靠性评估技术研究及应用的现状,对发展趋势进行了展望。对装置进行的腐蚀诊断、可靠性评估技术是以明确的腐蚀机理为基础建立起判据的一个系统判断过程。对装置进行的可靠性评估应是定量判定,即定量测定设备材料的劣化损伤程度后进行剩余寿命的判定。目前国外装置的腐蚀诊断及可靠性评估发展趋势是建立各种定量的劣化损伤程度模型,并编制计算机专家系统以方便使用。以安全评价分析技术(FFS)为基础、可以最大程度降低维修费用的石油工业基于风险的检测技术(APIRBI)即将广泛进入实际应用。
Here described are the technologies for the corrosion diagnosis of the refinery process units and reliability assessment and applications. Their development trend is predicted. The technology for the corrosion diagnosis and reliability assessment is a systematic judgement process based upon the criterion established on the basis of the defined corrosion mechanisms. The reliability of the units is quantitatively assessed, ie. the residue life of the equipment material is determined after the extent of the degradation failure is quantitatively measured. The development trend of the corrosion diagnosis and reliability assessment for the foreign process units is to establish degradation failure quantification model and computer expert system. The applicable petroleum industry risk - based inspection technology (APIRBI) based upon the safety analysis technique (FFS) will soon be used in the industry to minimize the maintenance costs.
