直喷压燃式发动机用双喷射系统燃用柴油—甲醇的研究 被引量:24

A Study on a DI Compression Ignition Engine with Diesel-Methanol Injection by Dual Injection Systems

摘要 在具有双喷射系统的压燃式发动机中,用一个喷射系统喷射甲醇(CH3OH)作为主要燃料,另一个喷射柴油作为引燃燃料,进行了不同负荷下的性能和排放试验。试验结果表明:用柴油引燃的压燃式甲醇发动机与原柴油机相比,全负荷最大烟度下降66%,在整个负荷范围内NOx排放下降60%~70%左右,但CO和THC排放上升较多,说明本发动机中燃料与空气的混合气形成尚需改进。 In a direct injection compression ignition (CI) engine with dual Injection systems, performance and fuel consumption as well as exhaust emissions at constant speed and varied load conditions have been measured with methanol as main fuel injected by one injection system and diesel as ignition fuel injected by another injection system. Test results showed, methanol CI engine with diesel as igniting fuel in comparison with conventional diesel engine, smoke opacity at full load decreases by 66%, NOx emission in whole load range decreases by 60%~70%, but CO and THC emission increases significantly, showing that mixture formation of the test engine needs improvement.
