摘要
简述了二冲程汽油机分层进气系统的工作原理,并对分层进气过程进行了三维瞬态模拟计算,其计算所需的边界条件通过对发动机进气过程进行一维模拟计算而获得。同时,对分层进气系统进行了实机台架试验。试验结果表明:发动机外特性最低油耗率为348 0g/(kW·h),在整个外特性上平均油耗下降了25 5%。
This paper described the principle of stratified scavenging system of twostroke gasoline engine, and the threedimension numerical simulation of scavenging process was performed, which its boundary conditions was obtained by the onedimension numerical simulation of scavenging process. The test of engine on the bench was carried out, the test results show that the lowest specific fuel consumption on the fullload speed characteristic curve is 348 g/(kW·h), and the mean specific fuel consumption at the same condition was reduced by 255%.
