利用SSR标记对29个热带和温带玉米自交系进行杂种优势群的划分 被引量:39

摘要 以代表中国温带玉米 4个主要杂种优势群瑞得、兰卡斯特、旅大红骨和四平头的标准测验种 (B73、Mo17、丹 340和黄早四 )和来自 5个主要热带玉米群体Suwan1、POP2 1、POP32、POP2 8和Antigua种族的 2 5个典型自交系为材料 ,利用SSR标记进行杂种优势群划分。从 70对SSR引物中筛选出 39对扩增带清晰且具有多态性的引物 ,在供试材料中共检测到 12 7个等位基因变异 ,平均多态性信息量为 0 .4 9。依据 2 9个自交系间的遗传相似系数作聚类分析 ,供试自交系被分为 4个大类群。第一大类群是热带种质 ,包括除M9以外的 2 4个热带自交系 ,其中又分为A和B两个杂种优势群。其中A群属于马齿型的Tuxpeno种质 ,包括群体POP2 1的 5个自交系和来自POP32 (ETO)的自交系M17。B群基本是硬粒型种质 ,包括来自Suwan1、Antigua、POP32 (ETO)和POP2 8的 18个自交系。第二大类群为自交系丹 340和黄早四 ,第三大类群是Mo17和属于Antigua地理族的M9,第四大类群是B73。 Heterotic groups of 29 inbreds were classified by using SSR markers in this study. The materials were included 4 temperate inbreds (B73, Mo17, Dan340 and Huangzaosi), which represented four main heterotic groups of Reid, Lancaster, Luda Red Cob, and Sipingtou in China, and 25 typical tropical inbreds, which were derived from 5 main tropical maize population and land races (Suwan 1, POP21, POP32, POP28 and Antigua). A total of 39 polymorphic SSR primers were selected from 70 SSR primers, which detected 127 alleles among those inbreds. Mean polymorphism information content was 0.49. Clustering analysis was conducted basing on the genetic similarity coefficient. The 29 inbreds were classified into four groups. Tropical inbreds were included in groupⅠ, in which there were 2 sub-groups of A and B. Group A included M11, M12, M13, M14, M15 (POP21) and M17 (POP32), derived from Tuxpeno, the texture of group A was dent. Group B included the remaining 18 tropical inbreds derived from Suwan 1, Antigua, POP32 (ETO) and POP28, the texture was mostly flint. The group Ⅱ included Dan340 and Huangzaosi. The group Ⅲ included Mo17 and M9 (Antigua). The inbred B73 was belong to the group Ⅵ.
