摘要
三门峡华阳发电有限责任公司2号炉高温再热器,材料为12Cr2MoWVTiB钢,在使用过程中再热器管表面发生腐蚀,采用化学分析、机械性能试验、金相分析和电子探针微区成分分析等试验手段对失效原因进行了分析,结果表明,管子材质合格,管子外表面存在较明显的结垢现象,外壁结垢中除铁的氧化物外,其余主要成分为各种硫酸盐,垢下的金属金相组织存在沿晶腐蚀裂纹,沿晶腐蚀产物中存在S元素,导致该再热器管腐蚀的类型为高温硫腐蚀。该文分析了发生高温硫腐蚀的机理和原因,并提出了防止对策。
The reheater of No.2 boiler in Sanmenxia Power Plant is made of 12Cr2MoWVTiB steel. Corrosion on the surface of reheater tubes occurs during operation. Through chemical element analysis, mechnical performance test, metallographic analysis and electron probe element analysis, Failure reason of the tube have been analyzed. The result, shows that (he quality of those tubes is up to the standard. But there is a layer of obvious scaling on its exterior. Main element of the scale is sulfate beside oxide. Metallographic structure under oxide have some corrosional micro-crack. Element S exists in corrosional product along crystal grain boundary. Thus, it can be concluded that the type of corrosion is a high temperature sulphur corrosion, whose mechanism and reason are analyzed and preventive measures are proposed.
