摘要
我国的信息咨询服务业比较落后,其原因在于信息意识淡薄,信息产品和咨询服务水平不适应需求变化,信息咨询人员素质偏低,且投资规模小,缺乏必要的法律环境。因此,应采取相应的措施,强化全民的信息意识,树立精品意识,培养高素质的咨询人才,开展涉外咨询服务,同时有必要构建信息咨询服务网络,建立健全政策法规。
The cause of tile consulting service being backward in China is less information idea, information product and consulting service un-adapted to the change of requirement, low level workers in the consulting service, investment in small scale and lack of necessary cnvironment of law. Hence, we must take steps to strengthen information idea among all Chinese, to build up excellent idea, to culture high level workers in the consulting service, to open consulting service concerning foreign affairs, and meanwhile it is necessary to establish consulting service net and perfect policies and laws.
