面对经济全球化和我国全面建设小康社会的新形势,湖南省应以改革和区域创新为动力,充分利用国内外两个市场和两种资源,加快经济结构的战略性调整,着力培育区域支柱产业、优势产品、龙头企业和优势地区,全面提升区域核心竞争力,以实现区域经济跨越式发展。
Facing with the new situation of economic globalization and building a well-off society in an all-round way in China ,Hunan Province must take the reform and regional innovation as development force, make the best use of both international and domestic markets and resources, accelerate strategic adjustment of the economic structures, press ahead to cultivate key industries ,advantage products and leading enterprises & advantage regions ,upgrade the regional competitiveness in an all-round way so that regional economy will develop by leaps and bounds.
