摘要
研究了负载型Pd-La/Al2O3催化剂的制备条件及其在2,6-二异丙基苯酚(2,6-DIPP)气相胺化制备2,6-二异丙基苯胺中的反应性能。探讨了制备催化剂采用的溶剂、催化剂活性组分Pd的含量对催化性能的影响,并对气相胺化反应的工艺条件进行了研究。在0 5%Pd-0 1%La/Al2O3催化剂上,在反应温度220℃、液态空速0 1h-1、NH3/2,6-DIPP摩尔比10、H2/2,6-DIPP摩尔比30的条件下,酚的初始转化率为92 7%,胺的初始选择性为90 5%,该催化剂连续运转386h,性能稳定。
Preparation of supported Pd-La/Al2O3 catalyst and its catalytic prope rties in the preparation of 2,6-diisopropyl aniline (2,6-DIPA) by gas-phase am in ation of 2,6-diisopropylphenol(2,6-DIPP) were investigated.Effects of prep ar ation conditions: different solvents employed and the content of active compone n t Pd on the catalytic properties,and reaction conditions were investigated.O n 0.5%Pd-0.1%La/Al2O3 catalyst,under following reaction conditions: t=220 ℃,p=1.5 MPa,LHSV=0.1 h-1,n(NH3)/n(2,6-DIPP)=10 and n(H2)/n(DIPP)=30, the initial conversion of 2,6-DIPP was 92.7%,selectivity and yield of 2,6-D IPA were 90.5% and 83.8% respectively.Total run time of 0.5%Pd-0.1%La/Al2O 3 catalyst was up to 386 h.
