摘要
目的:评价CDH圆型吻合器在食管胃吻合术中的作用.方法:用该吻合器对28例食管癌和贲门癌切除后进行机械吻合,其中颈部吻合2例,弓上吻合17例,弓下吻合9例.结果:28例均一次吻合成功,无器械故障、吻合口瘘和吻合口狭窄发生,无手术死亡病例.结论:CDH圆型吻合器设计合理,安全可靠,值得推广使用.
Objective: To evaluate the effect of CDH circular stapler in esophagogastrostomy. Methods: Stapling anastomosis were performed in 28 cases with esophageal or cardiac cancer using CDH circular stapler from July 1996 to October 1998. In these cases, 2 underwent cervical anastomosis, 17 superaortic anastomosis and 9 subaortic anastomosis.Results: There was no anastomotic failure with this kind of stapler.No instrumental failure, anastomotic leakage or anastomotic stricture occurred. Conclusion: CDH circular stapler can be used safely and reliably and should be used broadly in surgery of the esophagus.
