摘要
弱视治疗的近期疗效已有许多报告,其治愈率为28.79%,36.37%。但对弱视的远期疗效及立体视建立情况,报告很少。我院自1982年用综合疗法(配镜、视觉生理基础疗法、后象疗法、遮盖疗法、刺点训练)治疗弱视,并对其中痊愈和基本痊愈的患者的远期疗效及立体视建立情况进行随访观察,现将结果予以报告。资料与方法一、随访对象,82年以来在我院就诊,无器质性眼病,远视力低于0.9,且不能矫正,并经综合疗法治疗,视力等于或优于0.9,追踪观察3年以上的患者;
The article describes the treatment of 78 amblyopic eyes with the occlusion,pleopticsand physiologically based treament of amblyopia and were followed up for three years.49cases were cured(62.8% of the amblyopic eyes).and obteined vision of 0.9 and over.42 cas-es obteined final stereopsis (72.4% of the amblyopic eyes).These results suggest that earlytreatment and early strabismus surgery and a long—term follow—up observasion are veryimportant in curing mblyopia and establishing stereopsis.
