摘要
目的:总结人工股骨头置换术的临床经验。方法:应用双极Ⅱ塑人工股骨头治疗股骨颈骨折86例.取髋关节后外侧切口。手术的关健是正确选择和安置假体。结果:患者术后1～2月恢复行走。结论:该手术创伤小,髋关节功能恢复快,是治疗老年股骨颈骨折理想方法。
Objective: To conclude clinical experience of hemiarthroplasty. Method: 86 cases of femoral neck fracture were treated with bipolar More Ⅱ prostheses via Gibson' s approaches. The key step of the operation was to choose and implant the prosthesis correctly. Results: The patients restored walking 1 to 2 months postoperatively.Conclusion: For limited lesion and rapid restore of hip function,hemiarthroplasty was an ideal method for femoral neck fracture in senile person.
