摘要
眼科临床上,常有一些青光眼患者,尽管利用各种降眼压药物治疗,但其眼压仍然保持在5.3——6.7kpa 或以上而不降低,这种青光眼,我们称之为顽固高眼压性青光眼。对于顽固高眼压性青光眼,手术时有严重并发症发生的可能,常采用保守治疗,致使许多患者视功能严重损害,甚至导致失明。作者于1987年11月——1991年4月对46例53眼顽固高眼压性青光眼患者,采取积极有效措施,果断进行手术治疗,均收到满意效果,现报导如下。
53 eyes in 46 cases of glaucomoma with obstinate ocular hypertension were given surgicaltreatment.The result were satisfied as the ocular hypertension was effectively controlled,vi-sual acuity got better,no serious complication occured although the ocular hypertension during operation.Moreover,the eyeball massage was considered as a effective method in stabilizing the ocular pressure after the operation of glaucoma.
