摘要
鉴定了广西和广东两省的桑树种质资源共446 份的染色体倍数性,其分属于广东桑、鸡桑和华桑,其中二倍体桑414 份,三倍体桑20 份,六倍体桑12 份。344 份桑树种质资源中的染色体数属于首次鉴定。
The chromosome ploidy of 446 samples of mulberry including M. atropurpurea Roxb, M. australis Poir and M. cathayana Hemsl from Guangxi and Guangdong province were identified. Among these samples, there were 414 samples of diploid, 20 triploid and 12 hexaploid. The chromosome ploidy of 344 of them were identified for the first time.
