摘要
当代给蚕添食三眠素，诱导三眠蚕率达９６．５０％ ～１００％ ；而添食诱导成的三眠蚕第二代再添食，其三眠蚕诱导率明显偏低，中系品种三眠蚕率为５７．８０％ ～９２．１０％ ；日系品种为２１．０２％ ～３８．３６％ 。三眠蚕虫蛹生命率平均比对照高２．０６％ ～２７．７９％ 。当代首次添食诱导的三眠蚕制成的杂交一代全茧量最高；三眠蚕第二代不添食制成的杂交一代中。
The trimolter rate could reach 96.50% to 100% when the current generations were fed with trimolting hormone at the first time , while the trimolter rate of the second generation was lower markedly when they were fed again with trimolting hormone. The trimolter rate of Chinese race was 57.80% to 92.10%, and Japanese races only 21.02% to 38.36%. The average longevity of trimolter pupa was 2.06% to 27.79% higher than that of the control. The hybrids reduced from current generation trimolter by feeding trimolting hormone has the highest whole cocoon weight, while the hybrids reduced from the second generation trimolter by without being fed has almost the same results as the control.
