皮质盲是双侧视皮质病变引起的失明。炎症、中毒、外伤、肿瘤和血管病变为常见原因。本病目前尚无特异疗法。文献中有些零星报道,有用激素、能量剂、扩血管药物、中药和针灸等,方法各异,效果不一。近年国内外文献陆续报道用高压氧治疗。
