摘要
增加CO2 浓度显著地提高韭菜的净光合速率 ,增加光照强度能够提高CO2 的利用率及CO2 的饱和点。韭菜对高浓度CO2 比较敏感 ,易出现CO2 “中毒”现象 ,提高光照强度能够扩展韭菜对高浓度CO2 的适应范围。
In the experiment, the response of Chinese chive P n to CO 2 concentration was measured with different irradiance of 30.0 k lx and 65.0 k lx. P n increases with the increasing of CO 2 concentration from 50 mg/kg to the photosynthesis saturation point of CO 2 under both irradiance, but the photosynthesis saturation point of CO 2 varies with the different irradiance. The photosynthesis saturation point of CO 2 are 490 mg/kg and 670 mg/kg respectively under the irradiance of 30.0 k lx and 65.0 k lx. Strong irradiance increases the P n and the saturation point of CO 2 . It can increase the photosynthesis efficiency of CO 2. Over high CO 2 concentration such as 700 mg/kg restrains the P n of Chinese chive under irradiance of 35.0 k lx. The reason of this phenomenon should be further studied. The CO 2 compensation point of photosynthesis is 50 mg/kg.
