摘要
目的 :探讨角膜裂伤缝合术中使用粘弹性物质的效果。方法 :在 71例角膜裂伤缝合术中使用粘弹性物质形成前房 ,维持眼压 ,分离虹膜前粘连 ,保护眼内组织。结果 :术后 5 7例无虹膜前粘连 ,瞳孔圆 ;2例轻度虹膜前粘连 ,瞳孔欠圆 ;12例瞳孔严重变形 ,部分虹膜缺损。术后视力均有不同程度提高。结论 :粘弹性物质在角膜裂伤缝合术中有助于形成前房 保护眼内组织 ,分离虹膜嵌顿 ,利于缝合。
Objective:To investigate the effects of use of viscoelastic substances int he operation of corneal cracking suturing. Methods:In 71 cases of corneal cracking injuries,the viscoelastic substances were sed to form anterior chamber,maintain intraocular pressure,protect tissues in eyes and dissect the anterior synechia. Results:After surgery,there were no anterior synechia and pupils were round in 57 cases,2 cases with little anterior synechia,12 cases with severer pupils deformation and partial iris defect.The visual acuity increased in varying degrees postoperatively. Conclusions:Viscoelastic substances contribute to form anterior chamber,protect tissues in eyes,dissect iris and are beneficial to suturing.
