摘要
目的 :研究超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠型人工晶体植入术治疗原发性急性闭角型青光眼的效果。方法 :回顾 1999年 9月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月 ,收住我院的原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者 17例 17眼 ,均伴有晶状体混浊 ,视力 <0 5 ,行超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠型人工晶体植入术 ,随访 1～ 12月 ,对比术前、术后的视力 ,前房深度 ,前房角和眼压变化。结果 :17眼患者术后眼压皆控制正常范围 ,视力恢复良好。结论 :超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠人工晶体植入术 ,是治疗伴白内障的急性闭角型青光眼的有效方法。
Objective:To detect the effects of phacoemulsification and lens implantation for primary acute closure glaucoma (PACG). Methods:17 eyes with PACG and cataract were performed phacoemulsification and lens implantation.The preoperative visual acuity was less than 0.5.Preoperative and postoperative visual acuities,the depth of anterior chamber,the angle of anterior chamber and intraocular pressure of each eye were recorded with following-up ranged from 1 month to 1 year. Results:The IOP in all the eyes was normal,and visual acuity was improved. Conclusions:Phacoemulsification and lens implantation is a valuable method for the treatment of PACG.
