水稻白叶枯病局部和系统抗性的诱导 被引量:1

摘要 用同步诱导和系统诱导法研究了白叶枯病菌非亲和性小种诱导水稻产生的抗性反应,及对亲和性小种侵染的影响。结果表明:非亲和性小种JXOⅤ可诱导水稻IRBBXa4局部性抗性和系统性抗性的发生,诱导抗性的产生增强了水稻对亲和性小种JXOⅢ侵染的抵抗作用,遏制或缓解了亲和性小种JXOⅢ对水稻IRBBXa4的致病作用。JXOⅤ菌体组份及其培养滤液组份中含有激发子类物质,能诱导水稻IRBBXa4产生局部性抗病反应,此激发子类物质表现出热稳定性,且与harpin(HrpNEa)对水稻及烟草抗性诱导作用的特征类似。JXOⅤ中对水稻抗性的诱导物质仅在活菌与水稻IRBBXa4互作中表现出系统性抗性的诱导作用,而菌体组份及培养滤液组份不具有这种诱导作用。本文探讨了水稻白叶枯病抗性诱导物质可能的功能。 Simultaneous induction method and systemic induction method were used to study the effects of resistance responses induced by incompatible race of Xanthomonas oryzae pv oryzae on infection of compatible race of Xoryzae pv oryzae The results were as follows: local resistance responses and systemic resistance responses of rice (IRBBXa4) were induced by its incompatible race (JXOⅤ) And all of these induced resistance responses could offer the rice IRBBXa4 the resistance ability against the infection of its compatible race (JXOⅢ) The results also showed: elicitors that only had the ability to induce the local resistance responses of the rice IRBBXa4 existed both in components of JXOⅤ bacteria and in components of JXOⅤ cultured filtration The elicitors were heat stable, and its induction ability on rice and tobacco was also similar to that of the purified harpin, HrpNEa These characters indicated that the elicitors possibly were harpins And another kind of elicitors, with the ability to induce systemic resistance responses of the rice IRBBXa4, were found to exist in JXOⅤ bacteria, which only could express its induction function during interaction between the JXOⅤ strain and rice IRBBXa4 While both the components of JXOⅤ bacteria and the components of JXOⅤ cultured filtration didn't show this kind of systemic induction ability According to the present understanding about the avirulence gene structure and function of bacteria, especially bacteria of Xanthomonas genus, it could be concluded that the elicitor only showing its induction activity during interactions probably were the products of bacteria avirulence genes
