多种因子在门脉高压大鼠结肠黏膜中的表达

摘要 目的:探讨多种因子在门脉高压大鼠结肠黏膜中的表达及其意义。方法:实验组大鼠行门静脉两步结扎加左肾上腺静脉结扎;应用免疫组化SP染色法检测iNOS、ecNOS、ET-1、及TNF-α在大鼠结肠黏膜中的表达情况。结果:实验组iNOS、ET-1、及TNF-α表达较对照组增强(2.97±0.51 vs 2.33 ± 0.76;2.01 ± 0.32 vs 1.38 ± 0.74;2.57 ± 0.64 vs 1.67 ± 0.36,P<0.05),ecNOS无明显变化(2.01 ± 0.69 vs 1.87 ± 0.56,P>0.05)。结论:iNOS、ET-1、TNF-α参与门脉高压大鼠结肠黏膜局部病变。
