摘要
目的 观察肾囊肿介入治疗前后肾动脉的血流动力学变化。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声检测 30例肾囊肿介入治疗前后的主肾动脉 (SRA1)和段动脉 (SRA2 )及叶间动脉 (SRA3)的多普勒频谱 ,并与 2 0例正常人对照。结果 与正常人比较 ,肾囊肿患者治疗前肾动脉Vs、Vd、Vm及RI、PI明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗后各值降低 ,与正常人无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 介入超声治疗肾囊肿是一种简便、有效、安全的方法 ,多普勒超声检测肾动脉血流为肾囊肿的诊断、鉴别诊断以及评价治疗效果提供了一种有效的手段。
Objective To observe the hemodynamic changes of renal artery for renal cyst guided by ultrasound.Methods The first, second, third segment of renal artery (SRA1, SRA2, SRA3) were measured respectively by color Dopper flow imaging in 30 patients before and after treatment and in 20 control subjects.Results Compared with the control group (P>0.05), the peak systolic velocity (Vs), the late diastolic velocity (Vd), the average velocity (Vm), the resistive index (RI)and the pulsate index (PI) of renal arterys in the patients before treatment were significantly higher (P<0.01) .Conclusion The method guided by ultrasound is a simple, effective and harmless therapeutic way for renal cysts and measuring renal artery hemodynamics by color Doppler ultrasound may provide reliable evaluation of treatment for the renal cyst.
