摘要
近五年以来从《伤寒论》六经实质、伤寒学发展史、辨证论治体系、六经提纲之辨的理论研究 ,经方药理机制、经方配伍实验、经方化学成分的实验研究和经方的临床研究诸方面作一评述 ,认为总体呈现大范围、多途径研究格局 ,有继承与创新。但理论尚无重大突破 ,经方配伍研究仍是薄弱环节。
This paper gives a review of the theoretical studies on the essence of six channels, history of the science on exogenous febrile diseases, and system of differentiation, as well as experimental studies on the pharmacological mechanism, compatibility, chemical components of proved prescriptions, and clinical examinations of proved prescriptions as well. It holds that such researched have been done on a wide scope and through various approaches, and with inherits and creations. Yet no major breakthrough has been made in theoretical studies, and studies on the compatibility of proved prescriptions need to be strengthened.
