脑干听觉诱发电位在重型颅脑损伤中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的 研究脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)判断重型颅脑损伤患者预后的价值。方法 对 2 5例重型颅脑损伤患者进行BAEP反复测定 ,动态观察病情转化过程中BAEP各波的变化。结果 重型颅脑损伤患者意识改善后BAEP的主要变化是V波的出现 ,其次是各波分化的改善和潜伏期的缩短。而病情恶化后的改变则相反。结论 BAEP检测可评估重型颅脑损伤患者的脑干功能并为预后判断提供依据 ,V波的出现提示脑干功能的恢复 。 Objective To study the value of brain stem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) in judging the prognosis in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 25 cases with severe traumatic brain injury were examined by BAEP repeatedly.The variety of BAEP in regaining consciousness was also analyzed.Results The main variety in these patients was the appearance of wave,V,as well as the improvement of each wave,shape and the shortening of peak latent period.Conclusions BAEP can evaluate the function of brain stem in patients of brain stem as an index of cerebral electrophysiology in improvemint of consciousness.
