摘要
目的 评价即刻全口义齿修复效果。方法 采用吸光度法及MCF - 870 1型牙合力测定仪对健康中老年完整自然牙列者、常规全口义齿修复者、即刻全口义齿以及再次全口义齿修复者各 30名进行咀嚼效能和第一磨牙区最大咬合力的测定。结果 患者戴用即刻全口义齿 3个月时 ,可发挥最大的咀嚼功能。再次全口义齿修复 3个月时的咀嚼效能、第一磨牙区最大咬合力均明显高于即刻全口义齿戴用 3个月时的咀嚼效能和第一磨牙区最大咬合力。结论 即刻全口义齿只能作为一种过渡性、治疗性义齿 ,患者戴用
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of immediate complete dentures.Methods Subjects of middle-old age with healthy dentures,complete dentures,immediate complete dentures and the second complete denture were admitted and divided into four groups of 30 subjects each.Then their masticatory efficiency were measured by light absorptivity.At the same time,the maximal bite forces on first molar regions were measured with MCF-8701 microprocessor controlled masticating meter.Results The masticatory function was highly restored when the patients wore immediate complete dentures 3 months later.The masticatory efficiency and maximal bite force in the patients wearing immediate complete dentures for 3 months were significantly lower than those of the patients wearing the second complete dentures for 3 months.Conclusion The immediate complete dentures were transitional and treating.However the patients must have another complete dentures after 3 months..
