摘要
目的制备细小病毒诊断芯片探针。方法利用Primer Premier 5.0针对细小病毒B19基因保守区域设计PCR引物,将PCR产物克隆pMD-18 T载体。结果序列分析显示,PCR产物均为细小病毒B19特异保守基因。结论利用PCR扩增产物制备诊断芯片探针是一种简便有效的方法。
Objective To prepare DNA microarray probes for the detection of human parvovirus B19. Method Specific PCR primers were designed with the Primer Premier 5.0 to amplify the conserved regions of human parvovirus B19 genome. The PCR products were cloned into the pMD-18 T vector. Result Sequences analysis showed the PCR products conformed to the sequences contained in the genome of human parvovirus B19. Conclusion PCR amplification of the conserved and specific human parvovirus B19 genes is simple and effective to prepare the desired probes.
