摘要
拔节期追施氮肥可明显影响小麦根系、叶片的衰老进程,推迟衰老高峰的出现。与对照相比,追施氮肥处理在生育期的中、后期,叶片具有较高的叶绿素含量、SOD、硝酸还原酶活性。旗叶中的丙二醛含量的高峰时间向后推迟8~10d;与对照相比,施肥处理旗叶中具有较低的脱落酸含量和较高的玉米素含量;根系具有较高的根系活力和较低的过氧化物酶活性。叶片和根系衰老的延缓,使得小麦植株在中、后期,特别是后期具有较高的整体生理活性,穗粒重、千粒重、亩产量、籽粒蛋白质含量都有所增加。
Tipdnessing nitrogen fertilizer in elogation stage could affect obviously the senescence progress of wheat root and leaf and delayed the appearance of senescence peak and lower activity of POD. Comparing with the control treatment, the treats that topdress nitrogen fertilizer have high activity of NR, SOD, Root and high content of chlorophyll in middle and late stage of developmental phase The high peak of MDA content in flag leaves were put off for 8~10 d. Comparing control with tipdnessing nitrogen fertilizer treatments, the latter contain high ZRs content and low ABA content The high physiology activity of plant in middle and late stage of developmental phase led to notable increase in number of grain per spike, weight of 1 000 grains, yield and content of protein in grain.
