尿激酶静脉内溶栓治疗脑梗死12例临床观察

摘要 目的 :观察尿激酶静脉内溶栓治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 :对 12例脑梗死病例进行尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗 ,观察其临床效果。结果 :年龄 70岁以下 8例临床症状明显改善 ;70岁以上 4例 (含 70岁 )溶栓均未成功。 3例遗留严重偏瘫 ,其中 2例并发颅内出血 ,1例死亡。结论 :尿激酶静脉内溶栓疗效显著 ,但须严格掌握适应证 ,对年龄
