老年味觉和咀嚼粘膜痛觉阈的测定被引量：1

摘要本文报道了对老年人的味觉和咀嚼粘膜痛觉阈的测试结果。结果显示:老年人与成年人相比味觉变化为甜、酸觉下降,苦味觉增高,而感觉无改变;老年人的咀嚼粘膜痛觉阈值明显高于成年人,即对痛觉的敏感性降低。本文的结果可以供老年营养学和老年口腔修复学参考。
