摘要
目的 探讨冠状动脉搭桥手术治疗冠心病的经验。方法 冠状动脉搭桥手术 6例 ,所有病人均有 或 级心绞痛 ,3例在体外循环下搭桥 ,3例在非体外循环下搭桥 ,应用左乳内动脉 3例。结果 无手术死亡 ,全部病人心绞痛消失 ,生活质量明显提高。结论 冠状动脉搭术是治疗冠心病安全。
Objective To explore the experience of coronary bypass grafting (CABG)in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Method CABG was performed on 6 consecutive patients.All patients had class Ⅲ or Ⅳ preoperative angina.Three patients were received CABG under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB),three patients coronary bypass without CPB.The infermal mammary artery were used in 3 patients.Result There was no opoerative Mortality.All patients were angina free.All patients recovered and were discharged.Conclusion CABG is a safe and effective way for the treatment of coronary heart disease.
