摘要
本文分析了国内有关农民工社会养老保险的政策 ,比较了这些政策的异同 ,指出这些政策并不适合农民工流动性大的特点 ,不能从制度上保证农民工社会养老保险关系的有效衔接 ,有的甚至还带有一定的剥夺性 ,就此笔者提出了改进办法。
The present paper analyzed the policies about social pension plan for the labors out-migrated from the rural,compared the differences and the sameness among these policies,pointed out that these policies are not adaptive to the labors out-migrated from the rural,and can’t ensure the smooth continuing of their pension.The paper is concluded with some suggestions.
