摘要
高等教育体制的改革方向,就是要构建与社会主义市场经济相适应的运行机制,其实质或核心就是学生、学校和政府的权利关系的再整合。文章认为,在新的高等教育运行机制中,学校与政府、学校与学校、学生与学校权利关系的基本点分别是:自主办学和有限政府、自由竞争和献身科学、自由选择和契约关系。
The reform direction of higher education is structure the operating mechanism in conformity with socialist market economy. Its essence or core is the integration again of right relation between student, school and government. We think, in new higher education operating mechanism, the basic points of the school and government, school and school, the student and school right relation are runing a school on one's own and the limited government, free competition and dedicating oneself to scientifically and free choice and relation of the contract.
