摘要
办学理念、管理体制、师资建设、产研结合、办学经费,这五个方面是高等学校办学的关键问题。要办好一所高等学校,必须树立正确的办学理念(即创建办学特色),健全学校的管理体制,加强师资队伍建设,促进产学研结合,开拓筹措办学经费渠道。
There are such five key problems about how to run higher college well as proper concept must be set up, perfectsystem of management must be established, a good team of teachers must be constructed, combination of production-learning-research shall be promoted and funds shall be managed to raised.
