摘要
信息时代高校网络图书馆的特点决定信息管理导向是21世纪图书馆发展的方向;与此同时,高校图书馆还必须着力营造一种人文环境,塑造人文精神,淡化浮躁的治学风气,人文精神与科学精神应相得益彰。
The characteristics of network libraries in colleges and universities in the era of information has decided that information management guidance will be the orientation of libraries' development in the 21st century. At the same time, the libraries in colleges and universities must create a humanities' environment and spirit, decrease impetuous academic pursuits' atmosphere. The humanism and scientific spirit should bring out the best in each other.
