摘要
与劳动和社会保障事业的发展基本相适应,我国已初步建立起以《劳动法》为龙头的劳动法律体系。但我国现行劳动立法存在一些问题,主要表现是立法过于原则、层次低和相对滞后。为适应我国经济的发展、社会的进步和加入WTO,参与国际贸易的需要,我国应当加快劳动立法,制定《劳动法典》,加大协调劳动关系的力度。
Along with the development of the system of labor and social security, taking the Labor Law as the core, the system of labor law has been initially established in China. However, the existing labor legislation is falling behind reform, at lower levels, and not specific enough. In order to meet with the needs of economic and social development and China's entry into WTO, China should speed up labor legislation and drawing up a Labor Code to coordinate industrial relations.
