摘要
中国经济增长有很大潜力,但增长模式存在问题,特别是没有扣除环境生态损失,这在人均资源缺乏、经济增长质量不高的中国是不能不考虑的。必须采用"绿色GDP"统计方法,制止环境破坏,保证经济可持续发展。
China's economy is predicted to develop with a great potential. But its pattern of economic growth has its weaknesses, which do not exclude the environmental and ecological costs. It is a problem which can not be neglected with regard to China's national conditions such as shortage of per capita resources and low quality of economic growth. In order to promote a sustainable economic development, China should adopt the approach of 'Green GDP' statistics by way of curing environmental destruction.
