传统的执法监督方式暴露出的种种弊端,使我们必须对其进行思想观念、机制规范、管理模式等方面的改革,以最大限度地提高公安行政执法质量和效率。
The traditional ways of law enforcement supervision have presented some drawbacks. So we must transform it from the aspects of idea, mechanism and criterion and management patterns in order to advance the quality and efficiency of administrative law enforcement farthest.
