摘要
当前,国际恐怖主义组织形态、犯罪手段、社会危害在不断发展和扩大,国内恐怖主义及其他恐怖活动的威胁也一直存在,而上海的经济地位决定了它是国内最易受到恐怖主义袭击的地区之一。对此,我们必须切实增强反恐的紧迫感和责任感,从战略的高度研究、筹划上海的反恐工作。
Nowadays the structure and criticality of international terrorism is developing and spreading constantly. At the same time, there exist the threat of domestic terrorism and other terrors all through. Shanghai is becoming the most vulnerable city under the fire of terrorism because of its econcmic status. Therefore we must take the responsibility of fighting with all kinds of terrorism and work over the corresponding means.
