摘要
电子货币以其与传统信用货币不同的特性,从货币供给和货币需求两方面影响中央银行货币政策。中央银行在全新的货币政策环境中,应通过监管建立新的良好有效的货币政策实施机制。
The article gives a deep analysis of the influence on the central bank caused by electronic currency from the aspects of currency supply and demand. It points out that the central bank can establish a new and effective currency policy by supervision in the environment of new currency policy.
