摘要
本文认为民族地区是中国全面建设小康社会的重点和难点区域 ,而民族地区全面建设小康社会的核心是加快缩小与东部地区的发展差距 ,即缩小人均GDP、人类发展、城乡发展以及知识、教育、信息、交通、服务业、城市化等社会发展差距 ,以加快民族地区现代化的进程。
It is held that ethnic areas are the key and difficult regions of constructing the well-off society in an all-round way in China,while the core of the above mentioned lies in quickening and reducing the gap between the East and the West and again in the hope of quickening the process of medernization in ethnic areas.
