摘要
在强调以人为本和弘扬主体性的现今时代 ,大学要适时调整其育人策略、更新其育人理念。人性化管理旨在关注人的正当需要 ,以尊重人为前提 ;关注个性差异 ,管理者与教育者在制定统一目标、评价标准时 ,重视个性的差异性管理 ;强调学校要以管理促进教育 ,以教育带动管理 ,为学生自我教育。
In modern times,the colleges should adjust the strategy of cultivating the talented persons at the right times and renew the concepts of cultivating the talented persons.The management of humanization aims at paying attention to the just demands for human,the humanity differences and so on.The author of this article deems that the colleges should provide external environment for the self-education and self-management of the students.
