摘要
分析了噪声系数Y因子测量法的工作原理。介绍了噪声系数自动测量仪的组成和工作流程,给出了实验结果,并指出了其应用前景。
The operating principle of the method of Y factor measuring of noise figure is analyzed in this paper. The makeup and operating flow of noise figure automeasuring instrument is introduced. The experimental result is given,and the application foreground is pointed out.
