摘要
开发了能实现空间曲面工件电火花线切割加工的多轴联动加工系统。阐明了系统的组成及运动规律。通过计算机仿真和加工实践 ,研究验证了数学模型的正确性 ,从而拓宽了电火花线切割加工的工艺范围 。
in this paper, a kind of multi-axis linkage motion system by W EDM for machining complex ruled curved surfaces is developed, and its combining and moving rules are described. The mathematical model is proved correct by mean sof computer simulation and practical machining. Thus the machining rang e of WEDM has been widen and the problem in cutting parts with complex surfaces has been solved.
