摘要
目的 :探讨愈疡灵软膏治疗静脉性溃疡的疗效及机制。方法 :将 90例静脉性溃疡患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 6 0例 ,外用愈疡灵软膏创面换药 ,每日 1次 ,治疗 4周 ;对照组 30例 ,外用大黄油纱换药 ,每日 1次 ,治疗 4周。结果 :治愈率治疗组 6 0 % ,对照组 2 0 % (P <0 .0 1) ;总有效率治疗组 96 .7% ,对照组 76 .7% (P <0 .0 5 )。溃疡愈合时间、溃疡面色泽、渗液量、新生肉芽组织、新生上皮组织、创面菌株数等指标治疗组均优于对照组。结论 :愈疡灵软膏治疗静脉性溃疡 ,可有效缩短创面愈合时间 ,迅速改善创面色泽及渗液量 ,促进新生肉芽及上皮组织生长 ,是促进静脉性溃疡创面愈合的有效制剂。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Yuyangling ointment in treatment of venous ulceration of lower extremity. Methods: 90 cases of venous ulceration were divided into two groups. The wounds in the treating group were treated by Yuyangling ointment and those the control group were treated by Dahuang ointment, daily for four weeks. Results: The total clinical effective rate in the treating group was 96.7 percent, the cure rate was 60 percent, those in the control group were 76.7 percent and 20 percent respectively. There was a significant statistic different between the two groups (P<0.05,0.01). The improvements of other indexes such as the wound healing time, the color of wound, the extravasate of wound, new granulation tissue and new epithelial tissue, strain of wound in the treating group were superior to the control group. Conclusions: Yuyangling ointment has a significant effect on venous ulceration of lower extremity, and can shorten the wound healing time, improve the color of wound, regular the extravasate of wound, promote the growth of new granulation tissue and new epithelial tissue.
